If rescheduling is requested within two business days, it can be accommodated at no additional cost. However, if this timeframe is not met, the client will be responsible for covering the filming rate portion of the project.
Our journey begins by tapping into your ideas and aspirations. We collaborate with you to craft a comprehensive blueprint (script/treatment) that aligns with your creative vision and goals. This conversation ideally happens in person or over email.
At Live Images, we foster a strong, two-way trust with our clients. We’re confident in delivering a product you’ll be proud of, which is why we offer a two-part payment structure. The initial deposit is required at least two days before the scheduled shoot, while the remaining balance is due only after you’ve received the final video and are completely satisfied with the outcome.
